I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. I have never received the extraordinary experience that I did in working with Kona auto center In the process, I had the pleasure of working with Reece (Sales), Chris (Finance) and Doug (Sales manager) They were all great! But From my first conversation with Reece, a buying process I have never personally experienced began to unfold. When I arrived at Kona auto center he made me and my family feel like we were at home, the service he gave us was beyond anything I could ever ask for, he made sure we could afford our Nissan rouge that we wanted & not just to sell a car to sell a car. He was great! I would recommend anyone that is looking to get a car no matter what kind of situation your in with your credit, Life and Family Head over to kona auto center & ask for Reece in sales he will do his best to get you into something that will make your life so much simpler & better to help put the spark into your life - Aloha Reece from Kona Auto Center & the family there you guys are awesome!

Robert Carmelo. He's been my salesman multiple times and he's awesome. Not only did he work to get me the truck I want and need but he got me a fantastic deal on it. The fact that I can sit there and joke around with him while we cover all the boring paperwork is a welcomed bonus. Kona Auto center and Robert specifically have been so good to me over the years I don't even bother going anywhere else.

I had a really great experience all around! :)) Reed was my sales guy & he's super down-to-earth & made me feel incredibly comfortable. I found a practically new Honda CRV he helped me to notice & test drive & that I was fortunate enough to become the owner of!!! My finance guy was Tony and again, incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful & happy to be able to help me as we worked out the contract details. I highly recommend these guys and am SO HAPPY they were both there the day I walked through the doors.

Spent the day with Reece as he set me up with my new lease! Reece paid attention to detail like no other and made this new gal in town feel right at home! Super friendly staff, extremely clean facility, and great selection of automobiles! Thank you for an A+ experience!
